Our Soft Serve Ice Cream has become one of our most pictured dishes at Comal.

𝐌𝐒π₯ π‡π¨π£πšπ¬ 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨, π‡π¨π£πš π’πšπ§π­πš, π’πšπ₯𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐑𝐚 This dish has fast become one of our signatures here at Comal, and for good reason! We peel the potatoes ultra-thin before layering them with fresh Hoja Santa Leaves and brown butter. They are then steamed, pressed, and finished in a hot pan until golden brown. We serve alongside our Salsa Macha on a purée of Camote (sweet potato), cooked for 24 hours to bring out the intense natural sweetness. Come and try it for yourself!

Inspired by the amazing variety of seafood in Ensenada, our mixed seafood main course includes Octopus, Shrimp, and Squid stuffed with Bay Scallops and Jalapeño. Served with fresh tortillas, Pineapple XO and Salsa Verde.

Last week we welcomed @kricketlondon to cook with us, and what a great collab it was! The food was a mix of Kricket staples like their Keralan fried chicken, as well as some one-off collaboration dishes such as a grilled Paneer Taco. Thank you to all the team, and we look forward to them joining the NYC restaurant scene soon!
